Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes, we operate by appointment only at this time, this lets us to prepare for each brides appointment, and allows our 100% attention to be on the customer. You will be the only bride in the space. If you would like to pop in to see our inventory, our showroom is open on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range from $800.00- $2,500.00, some of our Etsy gowns are in the $600.00 range but not many. 

What sizes do you carry?

We've made it our passion project to find more size-inclusive options for our brides and offer sizes 8-26, please keep in mind that bridal sizes are roughly two sizes larger than street/standard sizes. 

Are all of the gowns on your website all of the gowns in your showroom?

We have listed out entire collection online, please let us know if you are interested in a specific style. We do not advertise out prices online, but our collection ranges from $800.00-$2,500.00

What should I wear to my appointment?

We have Honeylove shapewear available for you to use during your appointment if necessary, but we recommend that you bring a strapless bra and comfortable nude colored underwear. Don't stress though, we will have fun no matter what!

How far in advance should I order my suit or tuxedo rental?

It is always recommended to order early, as shipping costs increase the closer we get to your wear date. In order to reserve the styles you love, it is recommended that you order your rentals 4-5 months in advance. Payment will be one week prior to shipment. 

Can I help choose the gowns I try on?

Yes, we are an open concept store, and our showroom houses all of our inventory. We enjoy letting our brides and their group choose a few options to try, but we will assist you in choosing the right styles to help you find the silhouette that you feel most comfortable in. 

Can I take pictures?

Of course! You will also be sent all of the important information from your appointment via email. We also have a Facebook Portal to make it easy to include friends and family that are not able to make it to your appointment in person. If you need Shelby McKane Bridals staff to take pictures for you we are happy to help!

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer in house alterations at this time. You will be provided with a list of area alterations specialists we work with. 

What about perfume, make-up, or spray tan?

We ask that you limit self tanners if possible as they stain the inside of our gowns, even if done days before hand. Perfume and other make up are totally acceptable!

How long will it take for your gown to arrive?

You will be able to take your gown with you the same day your purchase! We are happy to store the gown for you until your alterations appointments as a courtesy. If you would like to order your gown custom, we recommend ordering 7-9 months in advance. Visit our inventory page to see our entire gown collection
